Use: For EN 511, GB / T 38304-2019 to measure the degree of cold gloves to withstand cold convection (convective heat resistance value-the ability of the glove to resist heat loss of the hand) test.

Standard porcelain hand model, dimensions to EN 511 standard, made of carbon composite with a heating element inside to provide uniform surface temperature to simulate the surface of the human hand.

The model has two measurement areas-the hand and forearm, separated by a reserve at the wrist. Both zones were heated to the same temperature and the temperature loss was recorded for each area separately to provide data for measurement of glove effectiveness.

The hand heating system can maintain a stable heat flow of 200 W/m2 through the hand die

The surface temperature of hand mold shall not be less than 30~35℃, and the local deviation of surface temperature shall not exceed ± 1℃
